What position did you take over after the program? What are you responsible for now?
Logistics Specialist. Managing regional logistics optimization process at strategical and operational level.
How was the transition from the program to your current role?
As soon as I decided, which fields are most interesting for me, I started to look for open positions and opportunities. The network what I build during the program helped a lot to contact leaders from the relevant departments. That鈥檚 how I found the opportunity of my current role. After that, It went smooth, I had 1-2 interviews in Sept-Oct, I got the confirmation about the new role. I could start the onboarding process in Dec, and start the position in Jan, right after the end of the program.
How can you benefit from the program in your current position?
During the program, the trainings about project management and self-reflection helped a lot, to understand where and how I want to continue my career. Beside that, I鈥檓 using the end-to-end thinking method what I learnt during the program, to see the big picture and effect of a decision. It helped to get rid of the silo thinking and understand the concerns of the different departments and don鈥檛 take it as a resistance of the projects but as an expression of the needs.
