鈥淭he project entailed a detailed study on digitizing the process of lead generation & increasing business opportunities through ecommerce channels for APP business, evaluating the existing initiatives taken by bg电子娱乐场鈥檚 CX ecosystem team and whether those, with a bit of customization, can be adopted to suit APP business, undertaking feasibility study to check whether adoption digital modes of generating leads and ecommerce would be suited for the different L2 segments with in the APP business. The impact of this project has been an eye opener, the valuable inputs gathered from various market segments and different geographies has thrown light on the aspect of businesses that we as APP business team have to focus on, going into the future.鈥�
